▶ Hard Capsule Filling machine simultaneously fills powder, pellets and tablets into capsule.
▶ The Convenient Operation Panel. The functional switchs and signals are integrated in touch screen to make it possible that machine is convenient operated.
▶ The 6-station powder dosing system works with the tamping pin principle and consists of 5 tamping stations and one transfer station.
▶ Tamping pin groups can be easily adjusted for accurate powder filling. A level sensing device checks the powder level above the dosing plate and ontrols the powder feed from the supply hopper.
▶ Non separated capsules are automatically rejected by faulty capsule reject system.
▶ Easy size change with interchangeable size parts.
▶ Low noise and vibration can be guaranteed by increased high torque index and accuracy mechanical cam.
▶ Variable speed control enables the machine to soft start by inverter.
